This is my first attempt at doing SNMP with Kaseya (I usually use PRTG). I have the exact OID that I need to monitor. It apparently returns the current environment temperature of the server. I've confirmed the OID and community values using
snmputil get 192.168.10.9 Public .1.3.6.1.4.1.232.6.2.6.8.1.4.0.1

I've used LAN Watch and Assign SNMP to configure SNMP monitoring on the target device, and have been able to collect info using predefined SNMP sets. But when I try to use SNMP Quick Set to create a new monitor set with just that OID, every time I try to add the new SNMP Set I get the error message
Error adding new record: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'snmpAgentId', table 'ksubscribers.dbo.snmpAgentValue'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

I'm stumped. There are NO nulls in the entry I'm trying to add. I've filled in everything.
Does anybody know of any decent documentation on adding and monitoring a single specific numeric OID with Kaseya. The on-line docs are a tad slim on this.
