So I've got a bunch of users who connect to Kaseya through thin clients. They connect to Kaseya's ticket system through the a shortcut I put on their desktop. They can connect to the login screen, but no one except admin's can connect that way. Any help? Non-thin client users can login fine, because they right-click the "K" icon in the sys tray, but these thin client users don't have the "K" in their sys tray, which is why we made the shortcut to the login page.
