Search for ticket ID

  • We use the ticket ID when entering a reason for remote controlling a machine. When I review the remote control log report all I see are ticket numbers in the detail. I have to go back through the ticket list and find the corresponding ticket to view the detail.

    The search field doesn't return any results when searching for example ticket 12596. Anyone have an easier way to bring up tickets?

  • go to create/view function in ticketing. Now type in the ticket # in the ticket ID field and click the green arrow next to it. This will bring up that ticket.
