I'm looking into the Email Reader functionality. I have been pretty successful so far; however here is my question.

A users sends an email, to our email address that we've setup for the Email Reader to monitor kaseya.email@domain.com. It creates a ticket and then notifies the appropriate parties.

If I reply to that email the text gets put in the ticket; is there anyway that in my reply I can tell Kaseya to assign that ticket to a particular user?

I've tried putting in my email

~assignee='user' and ~assingee=user with no luck.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
