"Overdue Ticket" Auto Email format

How do we change the format of the "Overdue Ticket" Auto e-mail?
When we recieve an overdue ticket notification the subject line doesn't contain the ticket number. Just about all other automated ticket responses have the ticket number in the subject line.
Also, there is no format button next to "Overdue Ticket" in the "Notify Policy" web page. It would be handy to be able to modify this.
In fact you should be able to modify any of the Auto response e-mails but only 5 have the format button next to them in the "notify policy" web page.

I don't know the answer to your question, but would love to know how you set up an auto email policy for over due tickets....
