Images attached to tickets

  • Hi,

    Having an issue when I attach an image to a ticket, basically the image uploads and goes out on the notification e-mails just fine, however in kaseya the image shows as a red "X"

    Any idea's?

  • I am having a similar problem with attaching images to the Kaseya support portal. The file upload screen pops up and then the ticket closes and goes back to the main support screen so you can start over again.

  • Aha! I just opened a ticket about this, and of course the first response was, "Well, it's probably something on your system or in your browser."

  • I've gotten some action from K support on my ticket for this and have done some testing. Nothing conclusive yet, but I did get confirmation that this is happening sporadically for various clients and partners. I'll keep you posted once I know more.
