How to change the format of email sent from ticketing

    Doe anyone now if it's possible to change te format of the email which is sent to the customer when an ticket is created? Right now we are getting something like this,

    [Ticket Notes ~ticId='3441']
    Ticket ID: 3441
    Machine ID: machine.customer
    Log in and view ticket https://www...../?ticId=3441
    ---------------------------------------------------------

  • I already got an answer, I found the following on the support portal:

    Can I modify / customize the layout of the Ticketing notification emails sent according to the Notify Policy?


    Answer
    It is not possible to modify the ticket notification emails, except for the auto-response to emails creating new tickets.
