Hello all, I am new to Kaseya so this might be a basic question. I have searched the forum and can't find an answer so here goes.

What I would like to be able to do is: Email a ticket submitter that their ticket submission has been received. I would like this notification to be sent when the ticket has been submitted through the Kaseya agent. This functionality exists when the ticket request is emailed to the admin email address (Email reader function). However, I would like all of our clients to submit their requests through the Kaseya agent.

Is it possible to have acknowledgement Emails sent out in response to tickets submitted through the Kaseya agent?
