Ticketing: send email on status change

  • I would like to be able to send an email to either the user or other technical resources when the status of a ticket goes to either RESOLVED or CLOSED. I don't see a method to do this. Have I missed something?

  • You didn't miss anything. There isn't a specific option for that. You could use Assignee change and change the assignee when closing the ticket, Edit the summary line or a custom field.
