Best Practices

  • I am wondering what, if anything, people are doing with this field. Our previous VSA Admin left User Email blank.

    It seems to me filling out the user email field is problematic b/c it would create a significant administrative burden keeping this up to date (we don't use K for ticketing- we have Connectwise) with little value in return.

    Any thoughts?

  • We try to let it autofill based on machine ID + group.

    I'm with you - we use CW so I wonder why duplicate work?
