Master maintenance script

  • Hi there,

We've got a master maintenance script that runs every day, and what we'd like to do is have something like this occur:

Script runs, prompts user 'we want to run maintenance'. If user clicks yes, then the script runs, if user clicks no, it doesn't.

This part already works fine with the 'user response is yes' condition.

Here's the problem: If the user response timeout expires, currently it runs the else, which is the same as clicking no. We'd like if the user fails to click anything, the maintenance script runs, which is the opposite of what the default response is.

Any help with this would be greatly appriciated. Thanks!

    Jeff~

  • Not a fix I'm afraid, but as a workaround I would reverse the THEN and ELSE actions and ask a different question.

"Maintanence scheduled to run now. Do you wish to cancel?"

A Yes cancels the script. A No or timeout makes the script run.
