After a few minutes the agent stops/crashes. You may see an "Windows Program Error" message relating to AgentMon.exe.


Scripts - There may be a script scheduled to run on the machine. Once the user logs in, the script runs, and causes a crash.

Log Collection - There may be a Windows Event Log that is causing the agent to fail


Click the agent status icon (the green/yellow diamond on the left of the agents name). Select the "pending Scripts" tab, and cancel all pending scripts. Reboot the machine and see if the agent stays online. If so, add the scripts one by one until the agent crashes again. The last added script may need to be checked for errors

Agent tab -> log settings -> Uncheck all the tick boxes, and apply this to the agent in question. This will disable the script log collection. Reboot the machine and see if the problem is resolved.
