File not found when trying to download agent package

  • Problem:

    When trying to download an agent package, you see an error message:

    Error Type: Microsoft JScript runtime (0xnnnnnnnn) / File not found / /AgentTab/createAccount.inc, line 338

    Reason:

    The Kaseya Agent Package has not been found on the server, thus cannot be downloaded. This can happen if the file was in use during the update process, it was not able to be renamed.

    Solution:

    Navigate to c:\kaseya\webpages\ManagedFiles\VSAHiddenFiles. If there is no file called KAgentSilent.exe, check to see if there is a file with a similar name but with a .1 on the end. Rename this file to KAgentSilent.exe. This will resolve the problem.
