Where does Kaseya Pull Network information from

  • We have one agent that we've installed that is not pulling the correct network information. I'm trying to figure out where Kaseya pulls this info from so I can figure out why it's not reporting correctly.

I've completely removed the agent from the system and re-installed it and it still shows up incorrectly. Running ipconfig on the machine shows the correct info and that it's configured for DCHP, however on the Machine info machine it shows the incorrect IP and Connection Gateway, and it shows DHCP Server as "DHCP data not available."

  • Are you running your Global catalog services on a 2003 server in the domain? I just had an issue and had to run the following command "netsh winsock reset catalog" at the run command at the client. I was not able to use dhcp, etc until I ran that and then rebooted.

    Hope this helps you.
