Remove Chat Option

  • I am sure I am just overlooking this but I can't seem to locate a method of readily changing the page the client sees from "Contact Administrator". What I hope to do is remove the chat functionality from all but 1 or two contacts at each client. Barring that I simply want to remove it from everyone.

  • Well, manually editing the asp page to remove that link works but it seems a bit manual and it would be nice to select who has access to this feature. Obviously, a grunt edit of the page removes it for everyone.

  • Go to Client->User Access. From there you can enable/disable chat for each machine/user.

    I definitley don't recommend editing pages, that inevitably leads to problems later on...
