Agent Install does not complete

  • Just encountered a new quirk. A machine stopped checking into the VSA. The icon disappeared, and the Agent services stopped.

    Rebooted the machine with no luck. Uninstalled the agent and attempted to reinstall. It appears the install went thru, but the agent service does not start nor does the icon appear. Check the host url and it is correct.

    Any attempt to reestablish the agent fails. Anyone have a util to strip the agent strings out of the registry or an idea on how this can be resolved?

    Run Regedit and remove anything with the "Kaseya" string in it. Then reinstall.
