Kaseya Support is non-existent

  • Our KServer has been down since Friday. The only response we could get from support was a generic message after two days. I have a business to run and clients to support.

    I will be looking at n-able and others on Tuesday. Thanks for nothing Kaseya!

  • Did it go down from an update? Give me some specs on the server, maybe I can help. I just migrated us back and forth a few times and found a lot of the gotchas.

  • Whenever I have had an urgent problem, I have submitted a ticket and then gotten it to my account manager. Things get taken care of this way.
