Kaseya MSP Business Analyzer

    This is the new version of the Business Analyzer then the one we gave you on the thumb drives (December Training). This new version as I was stating in the training session was being made.

    The Business Analyzer includes a new revenue source (row 172) called “New Value-added chargeable time”. The idea here is that time/money lost on traditional consulting revenue to machine automated managed services can be “won back” by the IT service provider selling new value added services to their customer.

    To keep the model simple, this new revenue line grows in direct proportion to revenue lost on traditional consulting services. (Hence, net sum/total remains the same … although you could probably argue that value-added services might be sold at a premium).
