"Artifacts" in the window when customizing

I am customizing the GUI and have a minor annoyance. Under functionlist on some pages the functionlist header is correct. On others it is about 1/4 inch too short and the background color fills in the gap. I think it is inconsistency between when the control for the vertical scroll is needed or not, but am unsure.
Is there a way around this? I am attaching screen shots as well.

Try moving the mouse around inside the function list. If the width of the header snaps to full width as soon as you move the mouse over one of the function labels, then this is not a problem with your customization. IE is doing this.
There was an IE security patch that came out a while back that changed the way IEprocessed some client side javascript. This behavior just started appearing with that patch. We are modifying Kaseya to overcomethis behaviorin the next release.
