Are there any limits to the size of attachments allowed within Service Desk?
Maximum size is 2GB. Good luck getting anything near that size attached to a ticket though!

Maximum size would be 2GB.
This limit could possibly be impacted by poor network performance which could cause time outs when trying to upload a file of this size.
Interesting. We're consistently seeing tickets not being created from emails that have a single attachment with sizes ranging from 30mb to 35mb. I'll have our Exchange admins see if there's a limit there that's causing the problem.
Do you know what file types are being attached to these tickets?
PDFs are the files in question. Looks like paperwork gets scanned at a crazy high resolution at some of our remote sites leading to massive sizes.
one of our guys managed to attach a 1.6GB pst file to a ticket. Pretty impressive!
