I have a question to help with some automation within my company on the service desk side.
We have a template that HR submits to the helpdesk whenever a new user will be joining us and I wanted to see if it was possible to have Kaseya automatically pull some information from that initial email. I would like to know if it can pull the new user name, and their manager so the manager receives an email that user is starting on whatever date so they can respond to it.
Let me know if I need more information! I know I didn't explain it too well.
I figured it out. I can set identifiers and then have the email look for those identifiers.
