Hi all. This is my first post on this community, so welcome to myself :)

I am creating this topic because I'm facing a problem with Service Desk's automated Escalation Procedures: they simply do not run. At all. Period. The ticket shows  the time when it should be escalated correctly (e.g. Escalation: 15:59:56 09 Apr 2015 (41 minutes ago)), but the procedure associated with the stage is not run. Not even when I associate a simple one that only adds a new note to the ticket.

Any thoughts where I can look at? Which log file?

Note: the procedure associated with the stage entry is run without (major) problems.

Version Number: 8.0.0.0     
Installed Patch Level: 8.0.0.15
