Add attachment with the ticket notification email

Users will create a ticket by attaching a document based on the Ticket Category.

When the ticket is raised with the attachment, based on the category, using the stage entry procedure, i want to send the ticket details along with the attachment to the specific engineers.

Is it possible to send the notification email with document attachment from the ticket. I couldnt find any variable for attachment.
