Email Reader Error

This question is not answered

I can't seem to configure the Email Reader right. Can someone please check on my settings?

and I'm getting this error. Please see the photo below.

  • Try any of the following:

    A) Check port 25 is open for Kaseya to connect to the mail server

    B) Try without "Use SSL" selected

    C) Change the Login ID to "support@nmnetworkmanager.com"
