Does anyone have any experience exporting their Kaseya Service Desk tickets into Autotask? I've used the import/export center in Kaseya (6.3) to export one of our service desks to an XML file. Autotask has a "service" they provide for several hundred dollars to import tickets into their system but it all has to be fit exactly into their Excel format. Frankly, I find the notion of me paying them for me to do all the hard work a bit insulting. I'd love to hear if anyone else has gone through this process and how you did it.
Kaseya have the KPSA module that does this
