See the Ticket as Conversation

  • Hi! I would like to have all the info in the Ticket so the customer can see what the Ticket is about without having to check earlier mails. I have tryied to put in variabel "description" ,to no avail. Could you guys hint me in the right direction?

    I would also like to create Color in the ticketanswers,  Like a header or something like that. Is that possible?

    For colour: it's right in the GUI of the message template editor. The fact that you don't know this already leads me to believe that you're trying to write the contents of the mail right in the procedure editor.
