can anyone else create more then one view in the Service Desk > Search All ?
I can only create one. I can create multiples in Tickets but now Search All :(
I was instructed by Support to use Search All to view tickets across multiple SD which works fine, but I think Im missing something with my views ..... Like multiple views
Yes, you should be able to define multiple views under Search All. If you are still having trouble with this, please open a support ticket so that we can assist you.
