I can only ceate one View in Search All under Service Desk > operations > Search All

can anyone else create more then one view in the Service Desk > Search All   ?

I can only create one. I can create multiples in Tickets but now Search All :( 

I was instructed by Support to use Search All to view tickets across multiple SD which works fine, but I think Im missing something with my views ..... Like multiple views
