Service Catalog and Reporting based on ITSM requirement

    I am in process of setting up Kaseya service desk to meet the need for ISO 20000 Requierment.

    here are the few thinks i am trying to do having problem with love to get everynoe input on how i can do this in kaseya.

    1. need to build service catalog

    2. reporting based on priority and SLA

    3. how to setup SLA reporting and email alerts so tech is notifyed via email with 1 hour warning for SLA breach.

    4. how to build CMDB in kaseya

    these are the few issue i am facing.

    i'll keep this post going with all the findings
