Choosing / Changing Organisation in ticket

  • After i created a ticket of ar customer. I can not change the Organization. I try to edit is but I only get My Org as option. We do have multiple Organizations but when you choose 1 you cannot alter it after it was chosen. Does anyone else face this challenge ?

    try clearing the box and then clicking the search glass, does that help?
