Database Views - Service Desk tickets

  • Hi all,

    I'm trying to get access to the Database of the Service desk, I want to pull the data out with a 3rd party reporting software. My main objective is to get the data from the tickets created in the SERVICE DESK tab. Does anyone know where I can find these tickets in the Database Views?

  • kasadmin.SDIncident ... and

    kasadmin.SDIncidentActivity

    are 2 good places to start

    Or views such as

    kasadmin.vbo_SDIncidents_List

    kasadmin.vbo_SDIncidents_Activities

    You'll find all the SD tables/views  in the kasadmin schema
