I'm having a question about the knowledge base search function. I would like to be able to search for several keywords, but in random onder.
for example I have a KB article with title "Microsoft Exchange and Excel Error".
If I now do a search for Microsoft, or Exchange or Excel I will get the ticket as a result. doing a search for exchange%excel will get me the ticket as well. Doing a search for Excel%exchange won't.
What I would like to have is that I get a result for every ticket that contains both entries, but no matter in which order.
Is there somehow an advanced search available?
