Is there a way to use an external service such as surveymonkey with Kaseya Service Desk (KSD) so that a link to a survey is included in the ticket closure e-mail?

  • yes just customize the closing email and add the link via the editor - that is what we did!

  • Just as additional detail for anyone else looking to do this, we had to message template for closed message and add in the link to survey monkey. The key to linking a ticket to a survey is to include ?c=[$TicketId$] at the end of the survey link.

    Example:

    http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SurveyDirectory?c=[$TicketId$]
