Some questions in regards to Service Desk Ticketing and Portal access.
In regards to portal access for clients, when I double click my test agent it logs directly into the ticketing window which is perfect.
There are 2 locations with double arrows that minimize the top column and side column on this window
Is there a way to minimize these side bars automatically, or ideally just remove them?
