Service Desk Automated Response EMail Message Question

Does anyone know how to get the Promised Date and Time field to show up in an automated email?

I do not see any reference anywhere to being able to reference it as a db field in the message templates ... I'd love to be able to use that field within an email message template so it would send back to our clients with the information in an email reminder.  It does seem to be the only field that is not addressable within these templates too ... I'd imagine there is a way to do it but [$Promised$], nor does [$PromisedDate$] or [$PromisedDateTIme$], work to address the field - those just give an error in the email saying the field does not exist.
