Does anyone else have a problem with the iPhone app, when trying to use Map View?
Whenever I hit Map View - I get an error that states - "Organization Missing Address -- The organization for this ticket has no address"
The address for all of my organizations has been entered into the system via the System - Orgs - Manage and then each Org has an address in the General Tab ... so why is this error message happening and what can I do to correct the issue?
I have the same problem. It worked once a while ago. No more.
