[ASK]Cannot Create ticket

I already Active and Install basic tempalte in service desk but when client want to create a ticket the output is like that

  • Check under -System > Scopes - there is a tab for Service Desks, make sure there is a desk assigned to the scope. Also you should have and “Anonymous” scope. Assign all active desks to this scope as well.
