This used to work fine, but not any more.

If a ticket was updated in any way other than with a hidden note (or suppressing email notification), the user (assuming the email field was populated) received a message from the K-Server.

I'm new at providing support for the K-Server...can anyone point me in the right direction for a checklist of what needs to be setup for this to work.
