When working with tickets we open the ticket tab with a filter of all clients. As roughly 70% of our tickets require we also touch a Server we then have to flip to Remote Control tab and change the filter to see justServers to initiate remote control. Once that's done we go back to ticketing tab and have to reset the filter to see the tickets again.

We do this dozens of time a day. It would be most helpful if Ticketing and Remote Control tabs had separate filters.

Anyone else find this to be clumsy? If we all chime in maybeKaseya can put this in as a new feature?
