I'm attempting to evaluate on Win XP Pro SP2 withIIS/SMTP.

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

All the required files seem to in the chartlib directory. I registered all the files with the exception of chartdir40.dll.
chartdir40.dll failed to register or un-register, stating the "entry point could not be found"
There is also no sign of kawebupdate.exe in the "\kaseya\install" folder, or anywhere else, to download updates
I have also installed/reinstalled 5 times.

Ran kawebupdate. chartdir40.dll still won't unregister/register.

I know this is a no brainer but you are an admin on the box correct?
Are you running any other things on the IIS instance?
Have you checked for any spyware or virus issues?

Thanks for your response Marty.
All valid points. Administrator is logged in, no other services on IIS and clean of virus' and spyware.
However, I took an old PC and loaded Win XP Pro. pre SP2 and unpatched and the chart library registered and worked as expected.
All the other Kaseya services seem to work fine on the evaluation PC. No problems with remote control, etc.
For now it's a non-issue so I'llcross that bridge later.
