  • We are considering switching to Connectwise. Right now we are using AutoTask and they have fantastic support. When you buy a product like this you are not just buying the software but you are getting into a business relationship.

    How well do they support your technical staff?

    How is their business support?

    How are they about suggestions on improving their product?

  • If you like kaseyas tech support which I think its 100% great, you will like Connectwise's support as well. They support my employees as well as myself. They are extremely open for suggestions. They have a forum where you can post things. Hopes this helps.

  • Thank you for the feedback. I noticed on the quote there is only 25 hours/year. Do you find this is enough? Our techs are FAR from needy, but Connectwise is new territory.

  • They say that only to keep the people that dont do what they say at bay.

    So like if you load tons 3rd party software or have a packerd bell server or just are not too "with it" then they have an escape route.



    I coudl be worn g but I have never come close to the 24 hours.
