We have noticed what we believe to be a small bug in version 4.6.10:

If a standard administrator is denied access to the Ticketing tab they still see ticket column onthe monitoring console and alarm summary screens for anyalarms that are present in the list. In that column are hyperlinksfor starting a"New Ticket" or linking to existing tickets. These links lead to a screen in the ticketing tab so when standard administrators without access to that ticketing tab click on them they get directed to the home tab.

The ticketing column for alarms should probably not be visible to administrators without ticketing access.
