I have encounter a problem at my customer site that use Symantec Client Security as their antivirus.

The problem is when kaseya run audit on their machine some of the machine System Information and installed application content no data.Does anybody have encounter the problem that i have with Symantec Client Security ? is it because permission issues?

When kaseya run the baseline audit for the 1st time,the installed application (exe file)that kaseya only detect is in the temp folder.After i run Reset Audit Cache script and run Audit again,it solve the problem.Why is this happening? If things are going like this,my customer willcomplaint that Kaseya is not stable and reliable.
