Lets see if I can explain this right...

We use the Kaseya ticketing system for both MSP customers and non-MSP customers. Each customer network whether MSP or not has a primary contact. Is it possible when creating a new ticket for a specific group (not a device) to have the submitter information filled out automatically with the primary contact's info? If so, how?

I see a work around where we would create a dummy device under each group that is the general network problems device that all non device specific issues (and all tickets for non-MSP customers) are assigned to. This seems kind of hokey though. Is there a better way?
