Does anyone know how to create a report that will generate a list of tickets for each customer, that have been open for more than 14 days? The best I have been able to do is use a Customised Ticket Report over 14 days, sorted by Creation Date (Ascending) with a status of Not Closed (Open/On Hold). The problem with this is that it shows all the tickets that are open right now. I just want the older ones.
