Kaseya Server 500.100 error

We have been running the Kaseya server for awhile now and it is running quite well, very pleased with it in fact. We have until yesterday been running it by typing in the IP address in the address line. However, we needed to for some of our users have it run with an SSL Certificate on IIS. So I set it up, and of course had to use a domain name instead of the IP address.
For me and on the server and for many others this works fine, you just put in
https://domainname.com/
and it works great. However, many of my users are now complaining that they can't long into the Manager any more. So I jumped out there on their machine and they are getting the following erorr in place of the sign on screen:
The page cannot be displayed

I have looked at the typical 500.100 messages that are in the forum, and they just seemed different. My Keseya server is working great for me and on the server itself it is just certain users, and if they change to the IP address and get rid of the domain name it works great. It works the same with or without the SSL, so it is narrowed down to the use of the domain.
That is it in a nutshell, works great with the IP, but not so well with the domain name.
I know it is something really simple that I am over looking. Any help would be great appreciated.
Thank you very much,
Shon R. Scott

It shouldn't really be possible to be using the server on port 80 and 443 simultaneously, it's either one or the other. Make sure that once you have set up your server to use a domain name that you have updated the main address under the System->Config function.
If the machines are able to access the server via IP but not domain name, and it works fine from other machines, then I would be looking at the machines as the fault, not the server. It's not possile for the server to act differently towards some client than others. Are you sure that the browsers are setup correctly to get the certificate? Are you sure that the machines are able to resolve the DNS name to the correct IP address?

I would suggest a proper A record be setup in DNS. I woulduse
https://kaseya.domain.com
instead of
https://domain.com
.

Is it me or does it look like you are using Mozilla? IE's the recommended browser for Kaseya.
Also, I noticed in your browser type, FunWebProducts. That's a BHO, adware... Might want to scan for that.

Yes, thank you as well, the browser's with the issues have all been IE, I just needed to get the msg print screened and I was doing it remotely.
Thank you for your help as well,
