If you log in to your Kaseya server and see the following error, perform the steps below to recify the issue.

ERROR - Page cannot be found

The Address bar reads http:///install/updateAvailable.asp

This means that the update is ready to be installed, but an error occured during the update. To correct this do the following.

1. Delete c:/kaseya/webpages/install/updateAvailable.asp

2. Double click c:/kaseya/webpages/install/kaWebUpdate.exe (let this complete)

3. Click Start -> programs -> kaseya -> reapply database schema

This process will remove the error page, update the system, then check that the update was successful
