how to troubleshoot report emails?

  • In Reports the report is there and dated last night about 10:55pm. It's supposed to send to a customer and CC: me. I receive other reports for other customers, but this one didn't reach me. Previously (Thu night) this report was running and emailing fine.

    Can anybody tell me how I might troubleshoot this? Where are the logs? Similar question for notification - is there a log for tracking notification emails?

  • Kaseya uses the SMTP server that is part of IIS. Go into Internet Services Manager and right click SMTP server, properties, and turn on the logging, this should provide details of whats happening.
