In File access, if you add a path enclosed with quotes you can not edit the item.  When you click on the icon next to the filepath, nothing happens.

The Javascript call is:

Javascript:modPath(""c:\\users\\*\\desktop\\putty.exe"","82729265676347574789266371")

Seems a problem with the double quotes throwing a JavaScript error.

This was tested in IE8, IE9, Firefox and Chrome

This was found doing tests of wildcards, which do not work either.
