I keep getting an error in the Security Tab, any function, and the Monitor Tab, any function. The system can not find the specified file.

I went through the process of creating a ticket with Kaseya, had two support guys remote in to it last week trying to fix it, no dice. Finally they asked me to setup RDP and give them an account with admin credentials so a developer could remote in. Still no update/no fix. This is day 5.


The nice thing, is I get these e-mail ticket updates referencing a ticket, I click on the ticket number hyperlink and it opens the Kaseya portal with an error, something about Object not referenced. So I can't see any notes or status updates on the ticket.

If half of MSP's are using Kaseya, what are the other half using?
