Kaseya Alerts - Create a Ticket in AutoTask

  • Hi. We are using AutoTask for ticket management. What do we need to integrate kaseya alerts into autotask as soon as the alert is generated?

  • We use a software called email2db to get the tickets posted in Autotask. It is important though to make sure the Autotask has discovery setup for Kaseya for Asset inventory...

    After Autotask to enable kaseya2AT in our account, everything seems to be working fine just by using the forwarding address they gave us.
